All three kids did great with their flu shots on Wednesday! I’m so glad to have that out of the way. The nurse did them first, before Elizabeth’s four month check-up, and then they went outside to hang out while the doctor saw me and little squishy pants. ^_^ She weighed 16.9lbs and measured 25 inches long. Not much to report from the appointment, really. She’s doing awesome! He is sending us for an x-ray of her hip next week to rule out hip dysplasia, though; I ended up skipping the ultrasound we’d been referred to after finding out it would likely be stressful for her, and he said an x-ray is just as effective as an ultrasound so yay!
This weekend I have a number of projects that I’d love to see get done. I’d toyed with the idea of taking Stephen to work today so we’d have the van but I decided I would get a lot more done at home if we were, in fact, at home. duh So, we’re staying home for the third day in a row and I am HAPPY about it! :P
I’m going to hopefully get the following (in no particular order) done before Monday morning:
- organize photos on laptop
finish surveys on BzzAgentdone!
- type print writing prompts for Maggie and Joshua (two weeks)
- plan algebra II (one month)
plan children’s literature (two weeks)done! makeall six ( one) lunches for Stephedone ! sew nursing necklacedone!
- sew (at least!) one bib
make brownieswith Sam done!
And I guess that’s it! Oh, and we’re planning to get pizza at our favorite place tonight or tomorrow. :) Have a great weekend!
What do you have planned?
