Weekly Meal Plan {March 23-29}

I have been a total rebel since posting my meal plan last week. :P I don’t think I made a single thing I said that I would, and if I did it wasn’t on the day I planned, lol. My shopping has been messed up and things have been sort of wonky around here so I just made what I felt like each night (which I don’t want to do again for a long time as it made me feel scattered).

This week’s post is going to be a little less detailed because I already went shopping, therefore I don’t need to do the have/need to buy sections. :)

Thursday

Turkey hot dogs, baked beans and french fries

prep work – none

Friday

Spaghetti, broccoli and breadsticks

prep work – none

Saturday

Slow cooker Chicken fajitas, mac and cheese, corn

prep work – get slow cooker going by 8am

Sunday

eat out!

Monday

Honey Buffalo Meatballs, Tator tots, carrots and ranch dressing

prep work – start slow cooker by noon

Tuesday

California turkey burgers, chips, sweet pickles

prep work – none

Wednesday

Leftovers

prep work – none

    1. Lol, very haphazardly!
      I used to do a vague plan but I would fail to take thorough stock of my kitchen and would end up not having everything I needed a lot of times. Since the beginning of 2017, however, I’ve gotten very organized with meals and food in general. It’s been great!

  1. I actually made a list of meals and posted it on my fridge this week. I’ve already rearranged the meals to different days, but unless something totally unplanned messes with our schedules I think I’ll actually make the meals I planned. 😊 I just wanted to avoid the what do you want for dinner discussion which often leads to take out when we can’t decide. I have everything I need on hand, so I should be good to go.
