* * *

This was an even crazier week than last. If you missed it, I found out that the weird hormonal stuff I’d been experiencing the week before was because I was/am pregnant! This was a complete surprise, not only because we weren’t trying, but also because I had a normal period. I am still not sure what the situation is (I may have miscarried) but I should know more tomorrow when I see my OB/GYN.

Anyway, as for my food and drink this week…I was not feeling very enthusiastic about anything but making sure I got enough water each day! My appetite was lower than normal on Thursday and Friday, which was odd, and I had (as you saw above) a headache every day, which was no fun. :/

I think I’m done documenting my diet for now. I’d planned to do one more week but I’ve decided to stop here and maybe pick it back up later.

Thanks for reading!

  1. I will be praying for your appointment tomorrow! Your symptoms sound like low progesterone, something I just discovered about myself, after being told by doctors that it “didn’t matter.” 😖
    Regardless of the weird circumstances lol, I’m praying for a healthy baby, and peace of mind for you (seriously, every hour feels like an eternity in that period of unknown)! ❤

      1. It does, but I just found out that measuring it isn’t as telling as I originally thought lol.
        Do you chart your temperatures? Or not to be tmi, but do you have spotting leading up to your cycle beginning? I found out that the low progesterone can make the uterine lining slippery, preventing good implantation. 😖 it’s amazing how many OBs and specialists I’ve seen, and received no help until speaking with a regular family practice doctor who specializes in hormones and health lol

        1. Wow sorry that they (OBs) don’t have more of an understanding!
          I don’t temp (we were NTNP) and no, when I start it’s just Bam! there’s my period. lol
          But I’m frustrated today, (tmi) I’ve been having so much brown discharge. :(

          1. lol I know about the NTNP! I have only temped before to get to know my cycle, it’s amazing how much you can find out.
            And I’m sorry! lol tomorrow can’t come soon enough, I’m sure! The good news is that brown is much better than bright red!
            Also, I’m a nurse, so there is no tmi for me 🙈😂

    1. Thank you, Cheila! I’m definitely anxious, too. And, of course the appointment is in the afternoon, not first thing in the morning. :P I’ll let you know what I find out tomorrow. 💕
